Kyoji Nagatani

Kyoji Nagatani

Kyoji Nagatani was born in Tokyo in 1950; he graduated at Art University of Tokyo and at the Institute of Research of the Fine Art University of the Japanese capital. In 1976 he caught Diploma in specialization of bronze fusion. He won a scholarship of Italian government that let him graduating in Brera Academy under the direction of the sculptors Enrico Manfrini and Alik Cavaliere. Among his most imposing artworks there are the monument for Villa Fontana at Capriano (Milan), the monument for the Municipal Theater of Hochioji in Tokyo and the Open Museum of Usukushi-go-hara of Nagano.
